Billing & invoices
Make a
payment by card
Pay an invoice or buy support time using a debit or credit card. It takes a couple of minutes, and you’ll get a receipt by email as soon as it goes through.
01 · Before you start
What you can pay for here
The form handles two different things. Choose whichever applies when you get to it, and the rest of the form changes to suit.
Pay an invoice
Settle a bill you’ve already received. You’ll need the invoice number, which is at the top of your invoice, and the amount you intend to pay today. Paying several invoices at once is fine — just enter each number.
Buy pre-paid support
Support time bought up front, for work that sits outside your agreement. Choose remote or onsite, then the block of time you need. Prices are shown with and without VAT.
Card payments carry a processing fee of 2.0% + 20p. The form works it out and shows you the total before you pay, so there’s never a surprise. If you pay us regularly, a Direct Debit avoids the fee entirely and collects automatically on the due date.
02 · Your payment
Payment details
Fill in your details, choose what you’re paying for, then enter your card details at the final step.
Your card details are handled by our payment provider and encrypted in transit. iceConnect never sees or stores your card number.
03 · After you pay
What happens next
Nothing further is needed from you. Here’s what we do at our end.
Emailed to the address you gave on the form, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk folder before getting in touch.
We match the payment to your invoice and credit your account. Card payments normally clear within two to three working days.
If you’ve bought pre-paid support, we’ll add it to your account and get in touch to arrange the work.
04 · Alternatives
Other ways to pay
Card is the quickest option, but not the cheapest. These two avoid the processing fee.
Direct Debit
PreferredThe simplest option for everyone. Set it up once and your invoices are collected automatically on the due date — nothing to remember, no late payments, no fee.
